I can’t draw a straight line and I am not artistic. Instead, I cut and paste. This is a story about taking my mementos and putting them into scrapbooks.
First up is College Year 4. Suffice it to say it’s been years since I graduated. I already have one reunion under my belt (okay, I didn’t go, but it still happened). I’ve finished scrapbooking my first three years of college and this is the final one. Thank goodness I didn’t stay an extra semester! If I finish it without incident (who are we kidding here?), I’ll share the next project with you.
Why did I let it take this long? I didn’t do a lot of scrapbooking after college and the stuff sat in boxes. Life, planning my wedding, and post-wedding craft lethargy got in the way. I decided to get back into action with college. It’s really a cop-out. It has a beginning and an end. Plus, it helps me put off the the big questions such as, how am I going to scrapbook the rest of my life?? It’s so open-ended.
You can read more about me and my shtick. I’ll keep cutting and pasting and hopefully end up with something creative and clever. Hopefully.
