Wedding Reception Scrapbook LayoutThis is the beginning of the wedding reception.  I hope you didn’t think that I’d go through all the trouble of scrapbooking everything in detail to this point and not spend several layouts on the reception.

Let’s start with the left page.  The left page shows introductions and toasts along with a few keepsakes, such as the label from a champagne box:

Wedding Reception Scrapbook LayoutThe right page has a lot going on.  There are so many things I had to fit on this page!  I made escort cards to help everyone find their seat.  I saved the ones with our names for the layout.  Below that is a band of black and white pictures – we had pictures of us on each table.  This is the same trick I used with our rehearsal dinner layouts.  Finally, each table was named after a place we’d been (hence the photos).  I made a sign for each table and kept the one I made for our table for the book (remember we got engaged at Disneyland).

Wedding Reception Scrapbook LayoutPhew.  That was a lot of stuff.  I’m really pleased on how I was able to sew everything together nicely!
